    LENS NEUROFEEDBACK

    $350 – Intake Interview & Initial Treatment Session
    (1.5 hours – mandatory before beginning neurofeedback treatment)

    $170 – Ongoing Neurofeedback Sessions
    (30 minutes each)

    The intake session may be eligible for reimbursement depending on your out-of-network insurance benefits. A superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company.

    INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

    $200 – Individual Therapy Session
    (55 minutes)

    $250 – Combined Neurofeedback + Therapy Session
    (60 minutes)
