    LENS NEUROFEEDBACK

    $350 – Intake Interview + Initial LENS Application
    (1 to 1.5 hours – mandatory before beginning neurofeedback treatment)

    $170 – LENS Neurofeedback Application (15-30 minutes)

    *The intake session and/or neurofeedback may be partially covered by insurance or eligible for reimbursement depending on your coverage or out-of-network benefits.

    *HSA/FSA Eligible

    INDIVIDUAL THERAPY-currently full & not taking new clients for therapy.

    $200 – Individual Therapy Session
    (55 minutes)

    $250 – Combined Neurofeedback + Therapy Session
    (60 minutes)
